I began in real estate 10 years ago so we could invest in rental
properties for our retirement. It has been a long hard road since that time, but many valuable lessons learned.Today I am
what I would have wanted my first agent to be. Interested in my client's dreams and goals in real estate. Having been
in a new buyer's position I can appreciate the emotions and stress. Being an artist with a marketing background has helped
me learn to sell a home to the right markets and understand special concerns--and explain that to my clients. After all,
real estate is more about people--than property.
I wish to specialize in the Thompsonville part of Enfield
as it is my home, my neighborhood, my community, and business too. I am interested in attracting artists, small businesses,
antiquers, people with vision and passion to help rebuild a stronger more enlightened community. Enfield

Some of my best work ethics I learned doing extra work in New
York. This is James Woods and me in "The Hardway". I got to meet stars like Billy Crystal, LL Cool J, Cynthia Nixon, and more.
It was fun-- but long 14 hour days and 3 hour trips home, and very little pay.
Believe it or not there are alot of
similarities in how one becomes successful in both industries. It begins with a mission, and then the "dues" are paid, life
lessons learned. You have to go through many opportunites before the right ones pay off. And that means putting in a lot of
dedication, work, energy, belief, and purpose into the people we work with.
Real Estate has been just as challenging
as the movies were. Lots of work, and not always the pay to back it up. You learn quickly reward is in the success of the
client--not about money. I pity people who get in the business who think they will make a quick dollar with no sacrifice!
People don't realize how much is involved in the end result, satisfying a client's real estate needs and getting compensated
for this effort. Like auditioning, we are constantly trying to stay in the public's eye and "apply" to sell a home or represent
a buyer in purchase. We have to let you know why we are the best choice for you. To me, nothing but experience, honesty, good
work ethics, and genuine concern, really matters. I always say "choose your agent first -not the house" it can make all the
difference between a stressful transaction and a smooth one...
oh yeah...and "All you need is Sue Read"........
